Friday Feb. 17

Night Dive

When: 7- 11 p.m.
Where: Aquarium of the Pacific, 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, California 90802
More information: The Aquarium of the Pacific will be open extended hours for this exclusive adult-only event. Jam out to local bands with the fish, listen to DJs while walking though undersea exhibits, and enjoy drinks and food trucks all night.

 

Long Beach Madness


When: 5 p.m. – 2 a.m.

More information: Enjoy a night full of music, vendors, and food at Long Beach Madness. Tickets are $7 where guests of all ages can enjoy two different stages performing live music from bands like The Hurricanes, Uniform, Tunnels, and more.

 

Jack’s Cats’ Post Valentines Sky Room Love-in

Long Beach Comic Expo

More information: Geeks hit the beach for the annual Long Beach Comic Expo. Fans can cosplay and enjoy the works of artists, writers and creators of all types of pop culture. This two-day event will bring big name stars and artists to panels and workshops, so don’t miss out!

 

Red High Heels Walk


When: 12 – 1 p.m.
Where: Livingstone Park, 220 Park Ave. Livingston Drive, Long Beach, California 90803
More information: Bring out your best red heels (or red shoes) and walk a mile down 2nd street for Heart Health Month.  Men, women, and children are encouraged to  come out and walk on the sidewalk at noon.

 

Live Jazz with Hangback

Sustainable Sunday Cinema: Screening of DamNation

More information: The Art Theater will host the 3rd Annual Sustainable Sunday Cinema with a mixer and screening of the critically acclaimed film DamNation.
